New offices opening around the Bay
In response to increased demand in pockets of Victoria’s booming coastline market, hockingstuart has added three new offices to its growing network, with a fourth on the way.
On the Bellarine Peninsula, a new office in Ocean Grove will cater to heightened interest from buyers looking to Melbourne’s Surf Coast for affordable homes close to Geelong’s CBD and local amenities. The increase in demand has been reflected by a steady growth in median house prices, increasing 6% in the suburb over the past year.
On the other side of the bay, homes in Mt Eliza are averaging 1,600 viewings per listing – more than double the entire state’s average. This office joins four other offices along the Peninsula, strengthening hockingstuart’s presence from Frankston to Blairgowrie, just in time for the busy summer period.
hockingstuart Brighton has also relocated with a brand-new office and a new Bentleigh office on the way will complement hockingstuart’s presence in the bayside area.
With hockingstuart offices spread throughout the state, these new additions reflect the network’s strength, breadth and depth across Victoria.
With buyers often moving across the state for a myriad of reasons, having a strong network of offices helps ensure we can support our vendors with a significant pool of buyers.
