You described Joe and Josie as the best agents you’ve worked with in twenty years! What made them stand out from the other real estate agents you've worked with in the past?

The difference between Joe and Josie was that they listened to what we expected from an agent. Within minutes after talking with them, we could tell that they were not trying to sell an unrealistic dream. For both Kathy and I, it felt right.

Did you face any challenges during the campaign, and how did Joe and Josie go above and beyond to help you overcome them?

The only major challenges would be that interest rates were increasing, and the current property market was incredibly challenging. Prices had levelled out, but we also know that people pay what they think the property is worth. At all times, we knew that we were in safe hands. Joe and Josie would give nothing but 110% in trying everything to get us a successful result, which they did nine days before our Auction date!

How would you describe Joe and Josie's communication style and how they kept you in the loop during this campaign?

Without a doubt, this is where the difference for us really stood out. Constant phone calls, emails, meetings at our property, discussing campaign tactics, honesty (no cheesy excuses, no used car sales pitch), clarity, integrity and bloody hard work. Always in contact whenever we needed. Ensured us that if we needed to talk at any time, they were there for us, and they really meant anytime - day or night!

What advice would you give aspiring property owners and investors thinking about working with Joe and Josie?

If there are agents to be trusted that are true to their word, Joe and Josie, by far, will listen to what YOU need. They are highly professional, always immaculately presented, extremely professional, very approachable, very reliable and just great down-to-earth people that will do what they say.
